How to pack your bag for labour?
Wednesday, January 27, 2021
Your due date is getting closer and closer! Time to pack your bag for labour. Whether you’re planning on a hospital or a home birth, it will be smart to collect some essentials for when you give birth to your baby. We recommend to prepare your hospital bag latest in week 37 of your pregnancy, but the sooner the better.
Of course, you want to be as well prepared as possible. Perhaps you’re pregnant with your first child, so you have no idea of what to expect. You might feel more relaxed about the situation if you prepare a few things in advance. A pregnancy yoga class for example, so you know how to breath. But you also need to think about your hospital bag. Because what if you have to go to the hospital unexpectedly? You don’t want to think about what to bring in the heat of the moment. We’d like to help you with a list of essentials for you, your partner and the baby.
